Must Have Skilled Nursing experience and no restrictions on scheduling. Qualifications & Skills High school graduate or equivalent with current CALIFORNIA CNA certificate required. BLS certification required at the time of contract Provides direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN or LVN. Assists residents with daily living and activities. Provides personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for facility residents. Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written. Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public. Basic computer skills required.
