Job Summary (List Format): - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Start Date: March 16th (unless returning Genesis traveler within last 9 months) - Primary Unit: Respiratory unit (COVID patients admitted) - Floats to: Various Med-Surg units (Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders) - Schedule: 36 hours/week, Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other weekend required - Call Requirement: None - EMR: Must be proficient in Epic (no refresher classes or 1:1 training provided) - Certifications Required: Active BLS, Ohio RN license - Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience - Skills Required: - Able to read Telemetry (will be tested on day one; failure results in termination) - Proficient in Epic EMR (failure to demonstrate proficiency results in termination) - Specialty: Adult Med-Surg - Other: No Epic training or refresher provided; must be documented in referral information
