Job Summary (List Format): - Work shift: 11:00 PM - 9:30 AM, Tuesday through Friday - Perform general X-ray and Operating Room (OR) imaging; must be comfortable in both areas - Provide imaging services in the OR, Emergency Department (ED), inpatient units, and perform portable X-rays - Willingness to learn and perform pediatric and neonatal imaging - Minimum experience required: - 1 year at a Level 1 trauma center or - 2-3 years at a large-bed Level 2 trauma facility - Hold valid BLS certification and ARRT registration - Graduate of a JRCERT/ARRT approved radiologic technology program - Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment (including GE, Philips, and CareStream) - Evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy - Utilize EMR systems: EPIC and Sectra - Primarily assigned to one department per shift but must be flexible to float to other areas as needed - Work with students at Grady Health; responsible for performing competency check-offs for students
